Open Question: I want to open a restaurant that serves these things, but I dont know what type of cuisine it would be called?

I want to open a restaurant that serves gourmet sandwiches, homemade chips and french fries, salads,cool summer soups during summer, and warm soups in the winter. I also want to have all fresh baked goods such as pies, cookies, cake/cheesecake, pastries, and fresh fruit. Also wines, beers, organic coffees and teas, hot chocolate for the winter months, homemade punch and lemonade for the summer, and tapas. During the day I want to serve the sandwhiches, chips and french fries and in the evening I want to serve tapas. Of course people can buy fresh baked goods any time of the day. I want the restaurant to be cozy and comfortable. I want my target demographic to be people who are business men/women, families, and people who like get togethers with friends/families. Would my restaurant be like a cafe? Does my restaurant sound too similar to other cafes?

Bollox! This particularly gets my goat, it was about nothing but self indulgence and the proceeding 30 years allowed them to really indulge. My Mom is in a care facility where, sadly, spills are a daily occurrence. I thought I had become the "Goddess of Stain Removal". This time, during an outing, I bought gourmet decaf to go and this spill was on my watch. I started with a name brand spray-on stain remover, left it overnight then washed the shirt in the AM .The stains were still about 50% visible.I spent the next day trying everything in my arsenal and every trick I've been taught.I'm obsessing over the faint stains still there. We are being re-educated to the ways the government, and I mean Obama and his democrats, want us to behave and accept as our "new normal." I mean, I don't begrudge any one the pleasure of spending their money, but don't you think that the government should not be throwing in our face their hypocrisy, especially when they tell us we are living in such troubled times. They condemn the rich and want us to join in too, but we must leave them and their wealth alone (and many of these activities are at are at OUR expense). I am disgusted. So, I've been dating my boyfriend for 6 months now. His mom's birthday is one day before his (his birthday is the 30th and her's is the 29th). He always goes over to his parents house for her birthday and I'm now always invited to family functions so I'm going over with him. I want to get her a nice gift. I drink coffee all of the time. 5-10 cups a day and i do gourmet. it's gotten to the point where I'm taking money from my friends and family to buy coffee when I'm short on cash. It's remarkably easy with my mom -- who is an alcoholic -- because she's always so mangled she won't notice money missing. One time she even forgot my name. It took her ten minutes to remember it when she was talking about something else.
